i am getting 572 obc. can i get government BDS through AIQ

As result have been not declared yet and ranks are also not out. So it's very hard to guess the cut off marks. Although it will decrease this year due to toughness of question paper.

NEET 2020 BDS cut off marks for OBC category through AIQ counselling was AIR 25993 ( marks approx 588+)

You have very much chances if ranks improve at your expected marks. Till then wait for result and rank card.
