I am getting 60 in electrical general category , any chance of any IIT?

honestly, in general category, no chance of even new IITS or NITS

As per your question, yes u do have a possibility of getting seat in IIT,as by looking at your Mark's I.e., 60 in electrical general category, there is a possibility of getting a chance.
