I am getting distracted To much .how should I come back and focus only on studies throughout my life

First of the realization you have that you're being affected by distractions is the first step towards improvement, see you have to make steady and consistent efforts on gaining focus and concentration, if your power of focus is very low then it's won't be possible to sustain the interest of study for long hours, you have to comprehend what are your distractions as in terms of you're spending more time on mobile phone or internet, or social media, whatever it is, limit yourself, if not possible completely but then reduce it in gradual manner, once you develop addictions in whatever manner whether it's social media or any other distractions, you have to be persistent with yourself, it takes consistent efforts to form good habits, do yoga and meditation, this really helps a lot in being calm and focused in life, try to spend less time with screen rather spend time with family and friends, your willpower to improve has to be strong regarding this, and just remember that it will take time to develop habits, so you have to be extremely patient with yourself regarding this, even if you fail at any moment, don't give up, think about your goals. and achievement, you can make vision board, and have it in your study room, this will remind you everyday the efforts you have to make to realize your dream, and work towards the same.
