i am giving class 12 exam in nov-december 2019 and result declared in February 2020 which year is considered as year of passing

I have the similar confusion because i doubt if I'm eligible for JEE 2022 or not..

Hey aspirant,
If a student appears for exam in the end of the year 2019 and receives the results and the pass certificate in 2020 then his/her year of passing will be 2020.
It should be same as the date issued on your pass certificate.
