NWAC board is a valid educational board recognised by AIU so , you aren't going to face any problem regarding this.
But as per your marks are concerned , you have very less chance of getting any private college with such low marking while you may have chance with deemed ones.
You should realize that a large portion of youth gives NEET exam every year and competition gets tougher every year , so you have to work hard too if you are planning to do mbbs in a recognised college
