I am going to write GATE 2020 in CS. If I qualify can I use my score to get admission in Biotech (Mtech) ?

It depends upon the college to college. Some of college allow to change the course in case you are from other background. Even it may differ from year to year. For example- in NIT jsr the manufacturing technology was was open for all till 2018, but from 2019 it was for only who has BTech in metallurgical and material engineering.
So, you need to make the choice of college and enquire about it.
