Usually it is hard to predict the weightage for each concept given in the syllabus for the test. The weightage is different every year compared to the previous year. It is advisable to go through every topic thoroughly.

see there is no specific numbers allots for each chapters of mathematics, but as jee main paper 2 is for b.arch I can suggest you some mathematics chapter which you should give most importance,
Vector algebra
Statistics and probability
Co-ordinate geometry
Three-dimensional geometry
Complex numbers and quadratic equations
