Well securing 89.52 percentile in JEE MAINS may be enough for getting admission into any of the NITs or IIITs across India especially in core branches like mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science engineering etc. But still you can give it a try at the time of counseling since you're a OBC candidate and it's better to apply for colleges in your own home state so that the chances of getting admission are high.
