Hello Sethupathi,
Percentile is calculated based on your performance as compared with others. For example, if you scored 77 percentile it means you are above 77% of students sitting for that exam.
So, percentile and absolute marks have no direct relation. It could be that you got very low marks but you scored in the 100th percentile as others fared worse.
