I secure 50 percent in class 12th but jee mains 96.17percentile so any government college?

As you have secured 96.17 percentile in jee main and 50 percentage in class 12th board . Since in order to get admission in government engineering institutions your class 12 the board percentage should be above 75 percentage but you have secured 50 percentage . Therefore you will not be able to get admission in any government engineering Colleges.
