I am in final year so please suggest me some government college/university or some private collwge for LLB 3 year course.

You need minimum 50% to apply for various law courses in India.
After graduation you are eligible for 3 year LLB course. You can apply in DU for LLB, applications will be out by 7th June.
There is BHU as well for 3 year law.
Applications this year are almost year.
Try in Amity University.
