i am in my final year of engineering and i still have backlogs to clear. Due to the pandemic the clg is unable to conduct any exams.If i get graduated having backlogs,Will I be eligible to appear for any government exams? what carrier can I choose to get a job quickly

As per the rules, any student cannot get bachelor's/master's degree if he/she has active backlogs. And to appear in any governement exam, candidate has to show the marks achieved in the relevant degree.So, I would suggest you to first clear your backlogs, get your degree and then apply for any exam.
If your college is unable to conduct any exams, try to contact the authorities to solve your query. They will surely help you out.
