I am in the 5th semester of the LLB three year course can I register in AIBE

Hey there,

No. If you are currently in the 5th semester of a 3-year LL.B., you generally cannot register for AIBE yet.

Under the current BCI rules, a 3-year LL.B. student must be in the final semester (6th semester) and have no backlogs from previous semesters to register for AIBE.

So, you should be eligible once you enter your 6th semester, provided your university/college is BCI-recognised/approved and you have cleared Semesters 1–5.

The official AIBE website currently states that only final-year/final-semester LL.B. students without backlogs, or eligible law graduates, can apply.

Thanks
