I am in third year computer engineering..I only have average of 6 cgpa till now..Will i get a job?
Hey Vaibhav, everyone in engineering has their own area where they can literally excel. Don't judge yourself by your cgpa. May be you are not eligible for some companies' placements, but there are infinite career options for you and everyone out there like you.
You can aim some government sector jobs by giving their respective exams, also you can prepare for SSC or GATE if you want a technical field only. But always remember to learn something new and never lose hope.

The minimum percentage chosen is 60 or the CGPA chosen is 6.00 for the placements in any company without any backlogs.
As you have the CGPA of 6.00 for 10, you can have hopes to get a job in some company if you maintain the same till your final year without any backlogs.
As the companies require people who work more and more, they consider people who have talent and have good communication skills instead of having top marks but the minimum qualification should be needed as mentioned above. You have great chances make use of it by improving your soft skills.
Hope this helps.Good luck.
Hey Vaibhav, You must know one thing that in life it's never too late to change. I can assure you that you still have the opportunity to get a GREAT job.
And fun fact m ost engineers in India are unemployable, irrespective of the marks that they get in their final year exam. Try to work upon improving your soft skills.
There are companies who require a thorough consistent CGPA. But if you really want to join an organization and the CGPA thing is stopping you then try to talk to policymakers of the company or mail to higher authorities and you will get a chance to show yourself.
Good Luck!
