I am interested to join St john's college for mbbs in 2020. I have been qualified for neet 2018-2019. Would I get admission? Or need to qualify in 2020 as well for neet exam

Your NEET score is valid for 1 year. It is valid for the year the Academic year that you have appeared for NEET. Now if you want to secure a seat in St. John's in 2020, you should appear for NEET 2020. St. John's is a Private Medical College which means it doesn't participate in All India Counselling. As Private Medical Colleges do not participate in All India Counselling, you need to participate in Karnataka's State Counselling for a seat in this College.
