Study NCERT thoroughly for all 3 subjects,
Stick to only NCERT for theory related to physics and chemistry
To enhance physics subject you must surely refer and solve questions from books like HC Verma, SL Arora or Arihant
For chemistry Dinesh publication and Pradeep are good books
Also keep downloading papers from different websites to get a variety of questions and hands on practice of difficulty levels in physics and chemistry

Syllabus is not eeduced it is of ncerts
For bio read ncert thoroughly, refer any reference book while studying extra points but read ncert at peak time of paper, and dear tgis time 500+ marks is not sufficient for sele. Think of atleast 580+
