In order to pursue MBBS, you need to appear for NEET and fulfill the following criteria:
Attained 17 years age by 31st December of the appearing year.
Passed or appearing 10+2 from a recognized board with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects, those having Biology as an additional are also eligible to apply.
PCB aggregate(inclusive of theory and practical) against mentioned category should be met;
UR - 50%,
OBC/SC/ST - 40%,
PWD - 45%
As of now, there's no upper age limit in NEET, hence no restriction also in terms of appearing for this examination, and to answer your question NEET is based on aforementioned criteria if you fulfill them, you can surely appear for the entrance test, and if you qualify cut-off marks, you can pursue MBBS, marital status isn't taken into consideration in this case, nor is it anyway going to act as a barrier.

No, marriage isn't prohibited during MBBS or any other medical course. Only the thing is medicine takes lot of dedication in mental form and time. However these things are personal.
