i am nbema diploma student. i have joined in feb2026.at the time of joining i have given obc ncl 2015.now nbema raised query in may. then i have submitted june 2026 obc ncl. but they want previous year(2025) obc ncl i am unable to submitte. so what can they do about my issue? can they cancle saet?

For the 2026 NBEMS Diploma/DNB-PDCET counselling, NBEMS has a prescribed OBC-NCL certificate format and specific document requirements.

In your case:

• You joined in February 2026.
• You initially submitted an OBC-NCL certificate from 2015.
• NBEMS raised a document query in May 2026.
• You submitted a June 2026 OBC-NCL certificate.
• They are specifically asking for the 2025 certificate.

What you should do now

Do not assume your seat will be cancelled. Immediately raise a written query with NBEMS explaining that you are unable to obtain the 2025 certificate, attach the 2026 certificate, and ask whether an alternative document/undertaking is acceptable.

NBEMS currently lists its Communication Web Portal as the channel for submitting examination/training-related queries.
