Having obtained 38 marks in AP EAMCET 2025 and 920 marks in your Intermediate (IPE), you may still not qualify for EAMCET counselling if your EAMCET score falls short of the required cutoff. For candidates in the general category, the lowest passing score is 40 out of 160, while for SC/ST candidates, there typically isn't a minimum passing score, but a rank is still assigned based on comparative performance.
Given that you stated you are not receiving a rank and your rank card is missing, it probably indicates that you are deemed unqualified for counselling according to EAMCET regulations. Although your IPE scores are elevated, they are factored into the 75% EAMCET + 25% IPE weightage calculation only after you pass the entrance test. Therefore, if you are unqualified, your IPE scores are excluded from the rank computation.
