Madhya Pradesh state counselling cell.has not yet started the choice filling and locking process.
According to the tentative time schedule the choice filling and choice locking process will begin from 28th June and will continue till 1st July.
So I will request you to wait and you can choice fill your list of colleges from 28th June.
This is why it is showing that the link is not active.
