I am not alloted seat in neet 1 round result according my rank if I take part in round 2 will i have to pay but i have paid in round 1?

If you have paid the fees for the first round of counselling but were not allotted a seat , there is no need to pay the fees again ..but you must make fresh choices for the second round of counselling. Because according to the MCC UGC guidelines , any candidate not making the fresh choices for second round will not be considered for the allotment of seat.
