basically to be eligible for NEET examination one must have secured a minimum aggregate of 50 percent marks in their PCB subjects altogether belonging to general category and you have mentioned that you are nor eligible for NEET examination that means your PCB aggregate is lesser than needed , so i advise you to appear for PCB subjects in order to get eligible for same
