According, to the officials NEET correction will be start from 15th March 2018 from 10 AM till 17th March 11:50 PM.
You can try to edit your application form by logging into your account.

2. Find the Online Services section
3. Click on One Time Correction
4. Login with your Registration No and Password
5. Edit your details and submit it
Note that you cannot get any other chance once you submit it, so be careful before submitting.
