It is mandatory to give NEET exam so as to go for MBBS course.
Giving this exam and qualifying shows whether you have some minimum required knowledge to go forward.

Not really. You cant. It is mandatory to pass NEET for any MBBS course in the country even the private ones.

Yes. You can give neet ug exam if you have minimum qualfying percentage in class 12th.
Also you should have applied for giving neet ug exam..
