Iam going to write jee mains paper 2 in april. Am i required to write both papers in jee advanced

Jee paper 2 is for b. Arch., to get into nits/school of planning... Etc..,
Jee advanced is for b.tech..., so it's not required for you to give advanced.., to speak you are not eligible to apply for jee advanced without giving jee mains paper 1.
Note: to get into best colleges for architecture/designing/b.planning uceed and NATA are also preferable.
