There are lots of choices to choose but main is your hardwork and dedication towards the studies ,
Try previous years question papers,
And try to solve more questions.
So Choosing a study material for your preparation depends on you. Choose the study material which you find easy to understand.
it is very important that your concepts should be clear you can take help of NCERT books for that.

Follow NCERT by heart, especially for Chemistry portion.
Do extensive revision and practice of numericals in Physics and problems of mathematics.
