I will suggest you to work hard and go for nit's and iit's and if you are having financial problem then pls focus more towards state government colleges as their fees is too low

In 2018, there will we only one entrance exam to take admission in B.tech programme except IITs.
So, there is possibility that Anna University will also consider entrance exam to provide information. This proposal is approved by AICTE.
Wait for the official notification and concentrate on your studies for now.
