Hi.
You might have just missed the cut. The National Testing Agency, will release the cutoff through online mode, and the cutoff for OBC is apparently going to be higher than 78-80 percentile.
Do keep checking their website. Even though you have an outside chance, I believe you might have missed the cut. Apply to private institutions which take JEE mains scores. Good luck.
