Hey.
The marks required to get a government medical colleges would differ accordng to the State that you belong to and the category too. For admission under the State quota you would require a score atleast above 510 and for admission under the All India quota you would require a score above 560 atleast for a fair chance. Other than that it would largely depend on the factors mentioned above.
