Dear Pavithra, 247 marks are too less for a seat in All India Counselling for OBC Category. Limited no.of seats and high demand amongst the Candidates means high cut offs. For a seat in All India Counselling any score less than 500-550 for OBC Category is impossible to get a seat in All India Counselling.
