Hello student,
Diploma students are not allowed for JEE Mains but they are allowed to write JEE Advanced. So you can write the JEE Main exam just to qualify for JEE Advanced. Since you have 10+2 as you are in the second year, you will be eligible on the basis of your class 12 marks only for JEE Main. You won’t be eligible after completing third year to appear in JEE Main or even JEE Advanced. So if you plan to write the exam after you complete the diploma, you won’t be eligible
Good Luck!
Hii suchit
Yes, you are eligible for jee mains but, you will not get lateral entry in NITs or IIITs. You will have to study from first year at itself.
So, you need to appear for jee mains to take admission in these colleges.
Hope it answered your querry
