For Joining NIT CSE branch you should clear the cutt off given by different different NIT's for different branches . The Latest 2019 cutt off has not yet been published by JEE mains officials, But you can check previous year cutt off from NIT's .This will help you to roughly make an idea about cutt off of NIT's and from that which branch and which NIT you should choose you can get an idea for that.
