i am preparing for jenpas ug . i saw the question pattern change for 2022. they mentioned paper 2 is specially for BHA. paper 1 is for other courses . i am interested in bsc nursing..so should i apply for paper 1 or both ?

If it is specifically mentioned that the Paper 2 is for BHA and paper 1 is for other courses then you need to apply for paper 1 only.

But it is advisable you clear the examination related query right through the conducting authorities
