I am pursuing bsc it is my final year so that can I apply for jam exam??

Yes, you can apply for IIT JAM Exam.

Final year students can apply for the exam but they must submit all their documents by 30th Sept 2019.

You also need to satisfy all the other eligiblity criteria required to appear in the exam.

IIT JAM registration has been started from 05th Sept and will end on 10th October 2018.

JAM exam will be conducted in the second week of february 2019. You are in the final year so you can apply for the JAM 2019 exam. But, you have to submit the proof of passing the qualifying examination to the admitted institute by 30th September 2019.
