regarding, if you want to get in to bachelors degree, you should take up " JEE MAINS".

To become an Engineer you need to study Bachelors of Technology(B.Tech) in Computer Sciences.
There are various colleges which offer this course.Colleges have their own criteria for admission.Mostly they conduct entrance exams.
The highly reputed and top Government colleges like IIT's & NIT's are given admission based on JEE Mains & JEE Advanced entrance exams.
Other colleges like VIT coducts VITEEE,Amrita University conducts Amrita Engineering Entrance exam,BITS conducts BITSAT,SRM University conducts SRMJEE.....etc.
