PwD candidates with 40% disability are only eligible for the seats reserved for the category if there are not enough candidates who are 50-70% disabled. The chances are minor, but are still there. Keeping that aside, the cut off for AIR (even for different categories) is very high this year. 203 is a little less than what one would expect to get through for AIQ. Still, you can apply for AIQ round 2 as the round 1 is already over.
