Hello, As per your query i would like to tell you, karnataka state will be conducting the counselling for government as well as private college and for that you will apply separately. But they have set limited seats for students outside from karnatka. First preference is given to native students and next to students from Andhra and then rest of the country.
The entire process notification will be release after NEET exam.
Wait till the official notification is released.
