I am reappearing for hsc as well as neet I am giving both these exams twice so while filling neet application form which code I have to choose as I am repeater in neet and also in hsc ..... please tell me I am waiting for answer....

Bhavika, you haven't mentioned whether you are repeating your 12th because you failed in your 12th or to improve your marks. If you have failed in your 12th and then are appearing for NEET, then your code is 01. Because Code 01 says: A candidate who is appearing in the qualifying examination, i.e., 12th Standard in 2020, whose result is awaited, may apply and appear in the test but he/she shall not be eligible for admission to the Undergraduate Medical Courses, if he/she does not pass the qualifying examination with the required pass percentage at the time of first round of Counselling. But if this is not the case, please do let us know the reason why you are reappearing for your 12th and we shall help you with relevant information. Ideally if you are appearing for betterment exams, then your code will be 02 if your 12th is from any other State other than Karnataka. As you have mentioned that you are reappearing in HSC and you are also trying to give neet so,

If you have passed your compartment/reappear paper which may include the mandatory subjects for NEET, you may apply for upcoming year for NEET as only the criteria is that you must have passed in the subjects of Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Bio-technology and English individually and must have obtained a minimum of 50% but if you didn't passed then you will not be able to give exam as the eligibility criteria include atleast 50%.
