I am registering for MP Neet Counselling.There are some documents that are required to be uploaded.One of them is an affidavit of not being domicile of other state than M.P and have not taken advantage of domicile of other state . Where can I get this from ? And other information regarding this.

You can get all of such affidavits from the District Collector or SDM's office. The document has to be issued by a notary/ lawyer and it will further be verified by the officer in charge (tehsildar/ SDM). This process might take a day or two so keep the time in mind.
