Yes u can apply for Neet .
There is no such condition for filling Neet form that u can not apply if u get a supple .
So just fill the form and make sure to score atleast 50% marks there .

Yes, you can apply for NEET Entrance Exam. As per the eligibility you should have passed or appearing class 12th can apply for NEET.
You should have minimum 50% in your class 12th PCB Aggregate score as General category.
