I am sc candidate marks obtained 398 in neet 2018.can i get a govt seat in delhi

The cutoff for Delhi colleges in 2017 for SC candidates was 445 in state quota and 647 for All India quota. So, at your score, there are not much chances as cutoffs generally remain in the same range.

Sorry to say that but based upon your marks,it will be difficult for you to secure a seat in government medical college in Delhi but you can try for private and deemed medical colleges.i hope this information helps you.
