If you score 468 marks in NEET UG 2024 and belong to the NTB category from Maharashtra, you have a chance to get a government MBBS seat, but it is not guaranteed. The NTB reservation helps lower the cutoff compared to the general category, and Maharashtra state quota increases your chances.
