I am scoring 568 AIR 16842 are there any chances of getting government medical seat either through AIQ or state with UP domicile?

Yes you do have a chance at securing admission through NEET 2019 State Quota counseling in UP Rural Institute of Medical sciences and research ( if you belong to open category)

Hello , let me tell you that it is very difficult to predict the exact college based on previous years data as every year number of candidates increases and seats may also increase or decrease based on various political issues in India.
