i am scoring between 114-120 in jee main 2020 7th jan. what rank should i expect?

It is way too early to predict the rank because of unknown relative difficulty levels of the question papers as well as the change in paper pattern compared to last year.

If there has to be a guesstimate then your rank could be anything between 18K to 27K.

With the your mentioned score a general category candidate can expect a percentile in between

97.3 - 97.5 With the Rank in between 22872 - 27022.
