I am student of bengluru north university, now I am studying 4th sem and I have 2 backlogs in 2nd sem but unfortunately ,I applied for one subject and now the portal was locked i can't able to apply for other , so can i write another subject in 6th sem

Yes, under Bengaluru North University rules, you can usually carry 2nd semester backlogs to later semesters, including the 6th semester. However, the backlog must be cleared before the final degree is awarded.
Since the portal is locked, you should:
• Contact your college exam section immediately
• Submit a written request regarding the missed exam application
• Keep checking the official portal
