i am studying in bsc 1st year done and i want to skip my bsc 2nd year for neet 2022 can i gate my living certificate in my clg when i select in medical clg ?

See leaving certificate is provided after completing the graduation along with that degree of graduation and if you will leave your UG course mid way then you would definitely not get the leaving certificate, also if you are seeking admission in any other medical course then there is no any requirement of leaving certificate but yes the certificate like passing certificate, migration certificate and character certificate which you got in class 12th are to be submitted and the same you will get back from your current college even if you leave the pursuing course mid-way, provided that you must have submitted the original certificates.

Yes, when you leave the present college you will get your original certificates that you have submitted at the time of admission and leaving certificate of the current college when you withdraw your admission in second year. You may have to pay the entire course fee or the course fee of that particular year before leaving to obtain your certificates back which is subjected to the rules and regulations of the Institute. We would suggest you to enquire in the college regarding the terms and conditions to leave the course in the middle.
