Hi Aspirant,
Yes you can apply in NEET while you are in Bsc first year.However the eligibility for giving neet exam is you need to have an aggregate of about 50% marks in 12th grade and biology should be compulsory subject and you should belong from the science stream.So the answer is yes you can apply.
