No, you cannot join college before passing Class 12. To become a doctor, you must first complete Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology, then appear for the NEET exam. After qualifying NEET, you can take admission in MBBS college.
So, for now, focus on doing well in your Class 10–12 studies, especially in science subjects.
