i am sure that i can get 180 marks in jee main 2019 in (obc) i want to take cs branch which nit i can get can triicchi

If you can get 180 marks in jee mains and considering you are from obc category so as per my knowledge and prediction your percentile would be around 99+ so your rank in this percentile would be around 10k.

In this rank you can't get cse branch at top nits like Trichy, warangal, surathkal, rourkela, Calicut. You can get cse branch in nits like Jamshedpur, durgapur, Silchar, jalandhar and lower nits.

Although various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the examination, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.
