Hi Ishan,
You can definitely give the jee mains as per your wish. There is no problem as such if you complete your 11th aftr one year. Go for jee when you pass 10+2 and score well.

It is a good thing to know that you are so aspiring for JEE right from now. Well to be eligible for JEE you must be studying in 12th. And don't worry next year would be your turn. Work hard and you will see yourself passing with flying colours.

Yes,you can definitely give JEE. There is no such rule which disqualifies you.
Just prepare well for JEE MAINS and ADVANCE as you have sufficient time to prepare for it and secure a good rank.
